Exhibitor Opportunities – SciFest All Access

Join us to inspire the next generation of STEM professionals!

The SciFest All Access virtual science festival – a program of the USA Science & Engineering Festival – will offer engaging STEM activities and performances that celebrate the excitement of STEM for K-12 students, college students, educators, and families.  Attendees will virtually access exhibit booths featuring hands-on and interactive STEM content, view inspiring performances in the virtual auditorium, earn badges and prizes in an online scavenger hunt, and purchase items in the STEM Store.

We have a limited number of virtual exhibit booths available to organizations.  If you are interested in hosting a virtual exhibit booth at SciFest All Access, please complete the application below.  SciFest All Access will be available online from September 26 to October 3, 2020 (Dates extended through October 31!).

We are expecting a global audience at SciFest All Access!  This past May we launched our first virtual event, the X-STEM All Access online conference series, and over 67,000 individuals registered representing all 50 states and 59 countries.  Educators and parents from around the world incorporated this program into their students’ distance learning curriculum.  Our in-person Festival Expo (currently postponed due to COVID-19) draws over 350,000 individuals to Washington, D.C.

What to Expect as a Virtual Exhibitor

Exhibiting organizations will receive a virtual booth in their preferred SciFest “Zone” such as the Health & Medicine Zone, High Tech & Engineering Zone, Space & Aviation Zone, and many more.

Booth content can include images, videos, text, web links – anything you can put on an HTML page.  Exhibitors can utilize booth templates within the platform or opt for a completely custom design.

Each exhibit booth will open to a full HTML page within the virtual platform.  Exhibitors are responsible for filling their booth with engaging online content that will get kids excited about STEM and educate the public about their organization.

Exhibit booth content should be interactive to keep kids’ attention and all content must be family-friendly, safe, and appropriate.  Options to include content in the virtual Scavenger Hunt, sell items in the STEM Store retail area and connect with job seekers in the College Career Center are also available.
