Due to the risk of exposure and transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), all USA Science & Engineering Festival events have been postponed.  We will be actively pursuing new dates.

Exhibitor Fees

2020 Booth Packages/Costs:

Early Bird Pricing available to returning Exhibitors until Sept. 1, 2019. New Organizations signing up must pay the standard rate shown below. Priority placement on the floorplan is given in order of those who sign up. We do not allow exhibitors to choose their booth location, and do not share the floorplan until 2 months before the Expo.

Non-profit organizations:
-10’×10′ – Standard rate – $1,250*up to 2 booths

Corporations and For-profit organizations:
-10’×10′ – Standard rate – $1,750 *up to 2 booths

Career Pavilion – $350
-Includes a 6’ table and 2 chairs – there is no pipe and drape and electricity is not included. These areas are for information sharing purposes and do not include the full set-up of the Expo.

* Exhibitors who want more than 2 booths: Must become a sponsor to exhibit at Expo and receive additional benefits. See Sponsor page for more information.

Each Standard 10′ x 10′ Booth includes the following equipment (does not include Career Pavilion):

  • 1 – 11” x 17” Identification Sign with Company Name and Booth Number
  • 8’ High Draped Back & 3’ High Side Walls (white)
  • 1 – 6’L x 24”W x 30”H Skirted Table (white)
  • 2 – Plastic Contour Chairs
  • 1 – Wastebasket
  • 1 – Standard Electrical Outlet (5 Amp located at the back of your booth)
    • A Standard Electrical Outlet can accommodate 1 laptop or 1 small device
      • PLEASE NOTE: If you will be exhibiting in an Island Booth, one (1) 20 Amp power drop and associated labor and materials will be included PER 20’ x 20’ booth space. Exhibitors who require power beyond the 20-Amp drop(s) provided by USASEF should contact Hi-Tech Electric directly for a quote.
  • Wifi: There is a free public network, but with 350,000 people in building at one time, we recommend you set up your own dedicated hard line if your activity depends on Wifi. You can also have your own hotspot for an additional cost.

Additional electricity, Wifi, booth furnishings and services can be purchased separately through the GES Expresso site, coming in early 2020. The below information can be used for budgeting purposes only, but is not a final estimate as costs are subject to change.
