Jose Nazario

Jose Nazario Moreno is a machine support specialist and fourth-year PhD student at the University of Tennessee – Knoxville. Jose’s career and education has been focused on manufacturing and design; primarily with CNC machining. Having graduated from Case Western Reserve University in 2017, Jose has worked in various manufacturing fields ranging from automotive, oil and gas, and nuclear detectors, to instruments. Now as a graduate student at the Machine Tool Research Center with Dr. Tony Schmitz, Jose focuses on training both students and instructors in CNC machining through the America’s Cutting Edge Program.
