Dr. Patrick Harker is the 11th President and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia – one of only twelve regional Federal Reserve Banks in the U.S. In his role, Dr. Harker participates on the Federal Open Market Committee, which formulates the nation’s monetary policy.
