Capt John K. Francois is a Production Analyst at the Headquarters Air Force Recruiting Service, Joint Base San Antonio – Randolph, TX. He is responsible for validating the integrity of the command’s database, designing procedures and tools for measuring recruiting performance, analyzing production trends, and forecasting effects of proposed changes to the recruitment process.

Capt Francois received his commission from the United States Air Force Academy in May 2018. While there, he trained cadets to fly the TG-16A glider aircraft. He took part in several multinational training exercises in Hawaii and Germany performing strategic assessment. Capt Francois led humanitarian assistance operations in support of Operation ALLIES WELCOME and deployed in support of Operation INHERENT RESOLVE. Prior to his current position, Capt Francois was an Operations Research Analyst at the Headquarters United States Air Forces in Europe – Air Forces Africa, Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
