Department of Defense Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment (IBAS) program
Dr. Korine Duval is a Senior Technical Analyst at Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER), supporting the Department of Defense Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment (IBAS) program within the Office of Industrial Base Policy. In this position, she serves as the Microelectronics Sector Lead assisting IBAS Program Leadership in utilizing broad IBAS authorities to enable a modernized Defense Industrial Base with a robust microelectronic ecosystem of traditional and emerging capabilities. Prior to this position, Dr. Duval served as both a science, engineering, and technical assistant (SETA) supporting DARPA Microsystems Technology Office (MTO) with Booz Allen Hamilton and a Project Manager/ Senior Research Engineer at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (JHU/APL). With over 10 years of experience spanning engineering research and technical project management, she has demonstrated proficiency leading diverse teams to address complex, multidisciplinary engineering challenges. She received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and earned her Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science (MEMS) from Duke University.
